We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you’re not happy with your purchase, you can choose to receive a full refund or store credit.
2. Damaged Items
If your product arrives damaged, please notify us within 10 days of delivery. Provide a picture of the damaged jar(s), and we will ship a replacement at our expense right away.
3. Refund Options
If you’re not satisfied with the taste or quality of our product, you can choose between:
- Full Refund: Please allow a few days for processing.
- Store Credit: Available immediately.
4. Initiating a Return or Refund
To start a return or refund request, you can either:

5. Refund Amount Cap
Cash refund amounts will be capped at the total amount paid for any order.
6. Processing Time
We aim to process refunds and ship replacements as quickly as possible. Please allow up to 3 business days for processing.
Protecting Against Abuse
While we operate on a satisfaction guarantee promise, we reserve the right to investigate and refuse refunds or replacements in cases of suspected abuse of this policy.
