Chili Sizzle currently offers our signature Chili Crisp Condiment. Occasionally, we may include promotional items with your order for free.

2. Age Restrictions

Customers must be old enough to use a credit card to make purchases on our site.

3. Payment Methods

We accept most credit and debit cards through WooPayments, including express checkout options like Apple Pay, Google Pay, Link by Stripe, and WooPay.

4. Shipping Policies

Currently, we offer shipping only within the Province of British Columbia. We plan to expand shipping to all of Canada by the end of this fiscal year, and to the United States later this year or next year.

5. Order Cancellations and Modifications

You can cancel an order before it is shipped by contacting customer service at sales@chilisizzle.com. To modify an order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. Once an order is shipped, it cannot be modified.

6. Use of Website

We expect users to:

• Refrain from using offensive or threatening language on the site or when dealing with customer service.

Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to, any form of harassment, fraudulent activities, or misuse of the site for illegal purposes.

We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. For extended storage, please refrigerate our product. To ensure safety and quality, avoid cross-contamination by using clean utensils when serving Chili Sizzle.
